I purchased one Prime Tracker and activated it with ease for me, someone who is not computer savy I found it simple. I installed the app on the phone and my computer. So easy to use. I place it in my wife's car and found it to be very accurate. I liked this product better than Lojack. The cost of Lojack is a one time shot of $700 and the device stays with the car. Should I sell my car, I can remove this small device and put it in another car. Battery life is good for about ten days, depending on how much usage you use. I have since purchased three more trackers to keep track of my vehicles. The cost of trackers is less than one lojack and the ability to locate in real time is the key. I can locate my vehicle in real time and not be dependent on a law enforcement agency. Customer support is excellent. I wrote to them and with in 30 mins they wrote back and when i mentioned I wanted to activate all my trackers they called and said they'd do it for me. In today's world you just don't get that kind of customer support. Well done Prime Tracking, well done!
